Tasting Room Retail Associate

Opening and closing the Wine Shop.

Greeting all guests and educating them on Cassini Cellars history and wines.

Delivering exceptional customer service.

Pouring wines and discussing them with guests.

Maintaining inventory and keeping clean ,tidy tasting area and out door areas.

Packing wine shipments.

Assist customers with the carry of purchases to their vehicles When necessary.

Accurate handle routine purchasing transactions which include operating cash register and accounting of daily sales; processes returns .

Provide general tourist information.

Able to lift 40 lb and stand for long periods of time.

Experience in the wine industry and communication skills mandatory.

Weekends availability including holidays during the season.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
